- The Statement of Practice and Directives (Policies) below are connected to the old bylaws. The old bylaws have been replaced with Amended and Restated Bylaws, August 2021, shown in the link below. Although some of these older policies are still relevant, a number of them are not. The Board is working to develop new policies connected to the new bylaws. This will take some time.
